Choose your heel size based on these corresponding shoe sizes:

Women’s:
Small = 5.5-8 / Medium = 8.5-11

Men’s:
Small = 4-6.5 / Medium = 7-9.5 / Large = 10-12 / X-Large = 13-15

The Traditional Heel is recommended for normal approach conditions providing an average amount of brake.
The Grooved Heel is recommended for slippery approach conditions providing above average brake.
The Smooth Leather Heel is recommended for sticky approach conditions providing above average amount of slide.
